Before you message us
Do I need a computer for this?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, and you can install it on the home screen like a normal app. A laptop at the counter is nicer for billing, but it is not required.
My staff are not good with apps. Will they manage?
They sign in with a short PIN and only see the screens for their job. A tailor sees their work, not your profit. We train the team on a call and stay reachable after.
I already have years of customer records. What happens to them?
Send them across in whatever shape they are in, a register photo, an Excel file, contacts from the phone. We put them in for you before you start.
Who can see my shop's numbers?
Only the people you give access to. Every shop has its own separate account, and you decide what each role can open. Salary and profit stay with the owner.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many people use it and which parts you turn on. Message us on WhatsApp and you will get a straight number for your shop's size, not a price list to decode.
What if I need something changed for my shop?
